I am a faithful client who has been looking for a good clean, professional quality service nail salon, and I think I have finally found my place. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The building has ample parking. It is clean and the nail tech. Sarah is incredible. She is patient she is kind and she does not mind explaining the differences between the different types of nail products that you can get and the benefits of each one of them. At the end of our session, she made sure to give me care tips information on what to do in case I have a break or I need anything and it was honestly just the best experience I’ve ever had.“

“Giving Lena a review because it looks like no one has done so since pre-pandemic. I went to Lena in September to get my eyebrows tattooed. I was super hesitant because I saw my mom do it in the 1990s and she had an allergic reaction and looked horrible for a week. Anyway, I'm getting to the point in my life where my appearance is still important to me, but I just want to look good without putting in too much effort. Yes, I am lazy. Anyhoo Lena was quick to respond to my email inquiry about what type of brow service I should do. I was initially thinking microblading because it is less permanent and seems to be popular these days, however after consultation Lena suggested getting my eyebrows tattooed. I have sparse non-existent eyebrows. I looked totally different with makeup and without makeup, mainly because I had no eyebrows. I would go to yoga work up a sweat and come out looking like a totally different person because my brows would melt off. After getting my brows tattooed, my husband says it looks like I have makeup on all the time, that's how much of a difference it has made. Like he thought I was hot before, but now I'm even hotter because I have nice eyebrows all the time. Lena did a fabulous job. My eyebrows are symmetrical and perfectly proportioned. The process took about 1.5 hours and I felt very little pain. I went back a month later and she touched up my eyebrows to make sure they were settling in well. Highly recommend Lena! Go get your eyebrows done by her, she's truly a professional at the top of her game.“

Since Valentines 2021 -- now over a year she's the only professional I go to for waxing and recommend to all my female compadres. - Affordable prices, half price than other salons and quick, efficient & comfortable experience for my usual 10 minute session total in and out for a braz wax. - Communication by text gets back to you within the hour for appointments on a working day (Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat) sometimes even on days off... - Schedule 1-2weeks advance because she books fast and usually full on Sat with no wait list. (She's closed Sun, Mon, Wed) as of Aug 2022. - Service is clean and strict on time since a full braz wax session you can be in and out in 10 minute tops... I'm in, bottoms off, laying down, she comes in, we talk two sentences & already I'm bare and getting dressed, pay cash and go so she can start next appt... I make appts via text but you can make appts there if there is time before her next appt. She's quick, efficient & friendly convo. I recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty and lip shortening procedure, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptionally well organized and thoughtful. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication. As someone who had never had surgery before, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the care was truly top-of-the-line.“
