We had draining problems with rain and called different companies to check and see what they would recommend. Susano visited the yard and recommended to install french drains to direct the water. He was so patient explaining the process and gave us a quote promptly. It took us a while to decide since it is not cheap project but we couldn't be happier with the results. This instalation was about 3 months ago and withstand the large amounts of rain in December! No water pooling anymore and the grass also dried much faster. Had a large cocconut tree to remove but kept pushing it off fearing the cost and safety of the project (it could fall in my neighbor's yard if not done properly, some liability here). I was nervous which company to trust to do the job correctly. Susano and the crew were so professional, they had all the equipment needed for a proper tree removal which was a relief for me. Susano has been doing a great job for landscaping in my Kaimuki home for the past 6 months, so I hired him to start regular maintenance and shrub and tree trimming for my two rental homes in Ewa Beach.
