Maile is amazing! Her energy is infectious. Working with her was exactly what I needed. I had no idea how much of an impact exercise has on my mental state too. I feel amazing and I'm so happy I took this step!!

Maile has gone above and beyond to meet my fitness needs. She's made herself available to me through all my obstacles. Whether it be my hectic schedule or trying to get in a time to train with her around my 2 young boys (ages 1 and 4) daily needs and activities. She's a mother, an inspiration and my idol. Never did I think I would need to train more than just my body. She's AWESOME!!!!

As a working mother of two I found it harder and harder to get back to taking care of myself trying to juggle the hustle & bustle of each day!!! Mai helped me figure out what fitness program could work best for my lifestyle while strengthening and getting back in to shape! This is definitely what I needed and couldn't have done it without Mai's guidance!! This was exactly what I needed!! Highly recommend to everyone!
