We got spot-treatment in our closet. Fil-Am was the 4th person to look at our closet and he found the termites and didn't hesitate in going straight in for the treatment. No frills. Got the job done. Thanks Ramon!

We bought a home in Kailua that had dry wood termites. We chose Fil-Am after receiving tenting bids from 4 other companies. They were not the lowest bid nor the highest. But, whenever I called them with questions, I got straight answers and a sincere concern for the plants that might be harmed in the process. We were not disappointed. Peter met with us a week before the tenting to explain what pruning and transplanting had to happen to save as many plants as possible. Only two climbers clinging to our walls would be in harms way. He also warned us about organized criminals who are targeting tented homes: slashing the tents, waiting for the gas to escape and then burglarizing. He recommended a reliable security service that made sure that didn't happen to us. The weather allowed the tenting to happen as scheduled and was performed flawlessly. All the termites were killed and only two plants were harmed. and those two climbers are coming back after shedding all their leaves.
