I was vacationing in Honolulu and had forgot to pack the right prescription contact lenses. I called around and reached out to Callie and Tiffany at Eyecare Associates of Hawaii. I was able to email my prescription to them and within minutes they told me they could provide me a few sample daily contact lenses for me for free!! I cannot say how outstanding their customer service was. I wish I lived here so I could go to them as my optometrist. Thank you so much!
Friendly, professional and service-oriented staff. Dr. Ishihara is very knowlegeable and an expert in his field. They have the most advanced equipment to routinely check the health of your eyesight.
Appt was on time, tests were tough, doctor was thorough and unrushed in checking and retesting my visual acuity. Service by assistants was cordial, friendly and efficient. Good visit!!
