Unfortunately we inherited Kara when Brandon Corse left the island. Extremely disappointed in the service we have received thus far!!!! I contacted these people months ago to close my daughter's 529 account. We completed the paperwork that they sent us and lo an behold Kara calls us and says she didn't realize this was a 529 account and the forms they asked us to complete were the wrong ones. Really??? This is your business. Shouldn't you know what's going on there??? After that we completed new forms to switch the account to my daughter since she is no longer a minor. Completed that immediately and I was aware that our request wouldn't be done immediately because Kara said she would be out of town. Guess what?? It's been several weeks since she's been back and they still haven't done anything. I called today and Cindy, in her low-key condescending way, basically told me that my recall of the conversations that I have had with them and my cognizance regarding this whole matter was lacking. I WAS INSULTED!! JUST DO WHAT WE ASKED YOU TO DO MONTHS AGO!
