No one answers the telephone. Keeps ignoring my calls. This person owes me money and refuses to acknowledge his debt. I have receipts of payment and receipts of deposits to David Parker's account from my account. I am only asking what is fair but his unwillingness to return my calls and pay his debts which I paid for him is unprofessional, unjust and plain dishonest. His work is also incomplete. He lied about his credentials, he never graduated from high school.

DJ's Construction Inc.renovated and built an addition to our family's Kailua home in 2010 and the owner, Dave Crabbe Parker provided guidance to my aunt in the renovation to her house on the north shore of Oahu. DJ Construction, and in particularly Dave Parker, were professional, accommodating, and thorough in every way. The renovations that he performed were on budget, on schedule, and after seven years, still looks great.For the guidance he provided to my mom's sister, he provided insights on what to look for and what to ask in seeking out bids from professional contractors and not proposals from "fly-by-night" contractors.
