I worked directly with Matt Smith on my mom's trust tax filing. From the very beginning I felt comfortable speaking with Matt as he is very knowledgeable and patient. He shared his knowledge with me & I've learned alot in the entire process. I had SO many questions and Matt didn't mind at all repeating the same answers to me. Communication was done over phone, emails, & texts. But I felt comfortable because he didn't make me feel uneducated to this new process for our family & most of all didn't rush me in our conversations to "get off the phone". We had a deadline to meet with our own tax preparer that couldn't extend a second time for our appointment and Matt worked to make our trust tax filing a priority to get it completed for our personal tax filing preparer. You can tell when speaking with Matt he will take the time to listen to you, educate you, & will always answer all of your questions. We have been with CS Accounting for years! They handle our personal and multiple businesses' QuickBooks and taxes. Before going to them, we learned we lost out on several deductions and tax credits. Especially if you're a small business owner, do not do your taxes yourself.... You're not saving that way. Tax laws change constantly, so you need professionals, who care about your successes. There's a team at CS Accounting and they always give you the best service, at the most economical cost.... No matter how busy they are, they still call to remind you about upcoming tax or payroll deadlines.... We honestly wouldn't still be in business today, which we'll make nearly 20 years, if it weren't for Stephen and Matt and the team. And more importantly, we wouldn't have the financial peace of mind. That is priceless.
