I could not be more pleased with the team we had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish; the communication was great! Always very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Everyone always took time to explain things in a way that we could understand. Even after moving away from Hawaii, everyone was very accommodating in working with time difference, and keeping an open line of communication.
The extensive research done to gather background information on our particular case also helped me learn more about everything that had gone on. That alone helped me feel more at ease with questions doctors couldn’t give me answers to.

In 2004, I was involved in a major motorcycle accident. While I was in the trauma unit at Queen's on Oahu. I was introduced to Attorneys Richard Fried, Gregory Lue-Kwan and later to Bert Sakuda. My first meeting they discussed How they would make sure I was treated fairly, both mentally and physically throughout the litigation/court proceedings.
Throughout these long proceedings they were there making sure all issues where being presented and covered. I felt, like I was there only client. I highly recommend that if you are in need of legal help. There are none better the law firm of Cronin, Fried, Sekiya, Kekina & Fairbanks. Thank you, William Fortini Jr.
My family engaged Cronin Fried based on the firm's exceptional reputation in medical malpractice litigation to represent us in a very unfortunate matter. We were not let down. We were especially impressed by the skill, diligence and sensitivity of our attorneys, John Thomas and Geoff Komeya, and their in-house medical investigator, Tom Duddy. Although no compensation will ever make up for the loss we suffered, their efforts produced an outcome that exceeded our expectations and also brought us an important measure of closure and vindication.
