Ordered some contact lenses today. The basic ones were considerably less than the doctor's price. The specialty ones were just a little less so I just bought from my doctor. Easy efficient and I'll just need to pickup when it comes in. Good service as the associate was very helpful.

They are all so amazing! So cheerful! so helpful! Shout out to Steve who made an extra effort to help my daughter with her glasses! And to the girl who was about to be off but stayed longer to help my daughter- Love this optical place at Costco Hawaii Kai!!!!!!

Pleasant greating and a thank you for being patient. I had waited only 20 minutes. Her name escaped my mind, but she was wonderful. My lens had fallen out of its frame. I gave her the frame and lens. She looked at it and said, "Let's give it a makeover." we both laughed. Sha noticed that one of the nosegaurd was loose. In about fifteen minutes, she brought my glasses to me. The glasses looked brand new. Lens put back in, and new nosegaurds. This is Top Tier service.
