Stephen of Clean Carpet Rx was able to accommodate our request to have the carpets cleaned in a vacant unit of ours on short notice before the new tenants moved in. He did a fantastic job and was even able to remove stains that were previously on the carpet. Very professional and efficient.
They did great on the carpets, no complaints there, and for the price it’s even better. I really appreciate this company providing great service at an affordable price. Only downside is that I wish they would keep the rest of the hard floors clean by either removing shoes or using shoe covers. After the cleaning my hardwood floor was messy with footprints and more from the cleaner walking with their shoes in the house. It would be great if they cleaned up any messes they made while doing the carpet.
I highly recommend Clean Carpet Rx! This is the second time we used their services; first for a rental property last year, and a few days ago at our home. On both occasions we received spectacular customer service and superior carpet cleaning. Steve squeezed me in this week after I shared I had concerns about a stain and had a tight schedule. He called us the morning of the service to give us an ETA, then shared his location so we could track his arrival. His expertise on stains is amazing, and he is completely honest about which stains he can remove or not, or perhaps just lighten.
