Very approachable staff and leadership in this organization. They exude knowledge and possess a willingness to help wherever they can in your financial needs. I have had a friend at the Hawaii (Oahu) branch named "Neal Onaga" since Y2K. We have been seeing one another with my wife for lunch and such since then, though I've never been in a position to need financial advice/guidance. Well, as we grow older and have more expendable income (the norm), I've found that what I once thought was a "good working knowledge" of wealth management was in fact not so.
