My favorite repair business. I'd rather repair than buy new bc don't have to endure fit and comfort. Older bags and backpacks that have freed or broken straps can be repaired also. The prices are above fair. Today is July 21,'23 and there was a note on door they were closed for a family emergency. 1st time they've been closed. Call before going down.

Have used their services for over 30 years. Their costs are more than fair and reasonable. In fact, they exceed customer satisfaction by going far beyond what the customer asks for. For example, polishing shoes that needed repair only. Lovely people too.

A very solid 4 stars! I brought a couple more women's shoes that had worn-down heels or the inner sole completely falling apart. The heel was $17 and the inner sole was $13 each. I also brought a pair of men's shoes that my boy friend had put in the DRYER - the suede foot cavity separated from the outer decorative trim and the sole of the shoe. I literally brought in 6 pieces, and they were able to glue it back together. The only criticism I had was that since the leather trim had shrunk, it wasn't long enough to go all the way around.
