I feel great! The type of care I received is top notch and the customer service is unparalleled. They communicate clearly, are very professional, everything is very neat and clean. - plenty of parking - AC in the building - nice waiting room - the best customer service

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Tim has helped me with migraine headaches, low back disc pain, sciatic nerve pain and now he is helping me with a gallstone that was just discovered. He is very attentive and I can tell he is thinking while he is working on me. He really takes his time with me and is very friendly and thorough! I have seen several Chinese accupuncturists and Tim is the best, I highly recommend him! Thanks Tim!

When I visited home for a week last year, I had a really rough experience with the flight, I had been feeling unwell and anxious in general for a while. I never had acupuncture before, but when I arrived at the tranquil office, I felt more at ease. I saw Timothy for an acupuncture session, and enjoyed his expertise and skill. He was soft spoken and reassuring, and I felt safe and relaxed in the session room. I was due for a follow-up session, couldn't make it because I had things pop up before my return flight home, but Timothy was very understanding and helpful. Parking in the building was plentiful and pain-free, which was a major plus! Overall, a very pleasant and easy experience!
