My balcony glass door shattered in the middle of the day. No one was outside or touching the door. It was a weird experience. Building management recommended me a glass company but the estimate came out to $6000+. One piece of glass for $6000+ is ridiculous. I called my insurance company and asked them for a recommendation. They told me to call Akamai Glass company. I called them and they were available to come check out the door as soon as possible. I ordered several glass table tops from them. They were all correctly sized. My mother picked them up and they helped load them into her car. It took a few weeks for my order, but it was worth it. Mahalo.

We hired them to remove a mirror and also to install a new mirror. Communication with them could've been better but they came and got both jobs done. The measuring guy came at the scheduled time and was quick. The scheduler guy told me they would come after 11:00am and said they would call me after their earlier job so I could meet them at home. On the day they were to install, they showed up at 9:00am, no phone call or anything. Good thing my daughter was off that day and were able to let them in to do the job. The mirror is beautiful and am happy with it. Thankful that my bathroom is finally done!
