We have received nothing but very poor service from the front office staff at the Kohala office. Setting up an appointment with a doctor is painfully difficult because they never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. The nursing staff haven't been much help either. I've left numerous messages requesting for a blood panel prior to my annual exam without a call back. It's like they can't be bothered. It makes me sad that our community does not have access to decent health care. Very disappointing!

The nurses and staff are excellent and caring and passionate but the management and doctors and administrators aren’t terrible after being a patient for about five years I was kicked out from my PCP service their ethics and actions are horrible from the top . I highly recommend finding someone else or somewhere else to go for PCP services. And I’m born and raised in Honokaa Hamakua.
