Molly is an amazing teacher, and even though I am new to classes I am easily able to follow her cues without even looking, because she will verbally articulate every movement description smoothly so you know what to do next, as well as remind you where to focus so you do it properly and with best results. I also have been absolutely LOVING the Barre classes! I have been wanting to try one for almost 10 years and finally went. They are low impact, perfect for my whiplash injury and focus on building core/legs/glutes which I feel is super important as I age. The teachers I have encountered there so far are all such great quality and many have decades of experience.“
