Va Primary Care Clinic: Bisset Andrew D MD

For few yrs now I have been connected with Tri-West Choice 40 plan instead of Vets Clinic. So I see a doctor outside the Veterans facility. I have much better care since then. But I have a Cpap machine for 5 yrs and have never been able to get supplies or machine checked through vets. I was referred to vets clinic to get new cpap since it is not working properly. I got a call from Vets clinic a week ago to call them back. I have left 4 messages in 3 different days. Have yet to get a call back. This is why I left the clinic. Worst clinic ever. No follow throughs, 1-1-1/2 hour waiting every time with appointments. And now I have to deal with them again. Very frustrating... read full review

Once again nothing but trouble from the Hilo veterans clinic I was sent it to doctor's appointments where they couldn't access my x-rays my arthritis medicine that I've been waiting 2 months for finally showed up and it was supposed to be refrigerated but it was at room temperature so there goes $2,500 down the drain I had another appointment cancelled because the clinic couldn't come up with the authorization quick enough and of course they blamed it on the doctor yeah right the only way to get anything out of these people is the call the VA hotline at the White House then you'll get some results and not before
