Nicole is an experienced massage therapist as well as a wonderful esthetician! She is detail- oriented and can always find the exact areas of my body that need relief. Her spa is comfortable and clean. I always feel like Nicole will stop everything to figure out my needs and help me. She knows her products and always gives me updated information on the newest and most effective products out there to keep my body healthy. I love this spa and Nicole!

Both my wife and I go to Nicole for our monthly massages. She is so friendly, it seemed like we'd known her for years. She always does the massage exactly how you ask and lets you know if she feels you need more in a certain area. She also does facials, and gave me a sample facial exfoliation that led me to purchase some product from her. She now has services at her home spa and near downtown Hilo. I highly recommend her.

Nicole is awesome! I have a hectic schedule so I always try to fit in my waxing, facials, or massages in last minute and she works with me to find a date and time! Seriously I would text her in the morning and she would find me an opening or take me on her breaks! She's quick and clean with brazilians as well as waxing legs, underarms and face and never double dips sticks. I highly recommend her massages and ashiatsu is great too! Also Nicole well remember conversations you had with her and doesn't treat you like just another customer and then forgets about you. Her prices are great and you can request a type of music for her to play on pandora!
