Just a few doors down from Two Ladies Mochi Manju you'll find this spacious old fashioned no-frills, no fuss, walk-ins welcome barber shop. My husband sorely needed a hair and beard trim and the older Filipino gentleman barber delivered! Very reasonable prices considering the level of meticulous care to details and the end result. Professional and skilled, he went back and forth on different tools for the job. Would definitely visit again next time we're in the area. More handsome men walk out of that shop than came in.

I do my own hair now, But when I was 17-18 years old around That age I would go there $5 haircut simple cuts are there specialty but I didn’t know that at that point but anyways family owned/ran barber can’t go wrong I’d rather give my money to these kinds of places than High Almighty Supercuts ($31) because we need to support local/family ran businesses

This was my first time here for a haircut at Modie's, upon arrival, there was a short wait. The elderly gentleman barber came out, cleaned his chair, and took me right away. I told him what I wanted and within 15 minutes my haircut was done just as I had requested. I was truly impressed by this first impression, so I will definitely return! The price was very reasonable at $14 for men, than going elsewhere and paying more for less.
