This was my first time here for a haircut at Modie's, upon arrival, there was a short wait. The elderly gentleman barber came out, cleaned his chair, and took me right away. I told him what I wanted and within 15 minutes my haircut was done just as I had requested. I was truly impressed by this first impression, so I will definitely return! The price was very reasonable at $14 for men, than going elsewhere and paying more for less.

Popped in for a quick haircut while waiting for my mulching a few doors down. Standard trim was performed in a timely and professional manner. Pretty much no frills. For $14 I can't complain. Pretty clean and not busy on a weekday.

Never been to this place until today, took my 2 boys because their hair was way overgrown. Nice older man said we could could walk in for cuts. Showed him a regular haircut for one & it came out just fine. And my other son wanted a skin fade, v cut in the back. I wasn't sure how that was going to turn out but my son was happy. And it didn't take that long either for both of them to get their hair cut. Kids cut for age 10 & under is $12, Adult men's cut $14. That's super cheap these days. If you want a super clean & professional fade that will grow out in less than a months time, you can go get that for $35 somewhere else lol. But for me I'm satisfied with what I got for the price. And I'm sure my boys appreciate uncle cutting their hair then me lol
