Don't listen to any of the bad reviews from here, they are wrong. I was treated well by all the staff, especially Miyuki. She was very communicative, honest, easy to talk to, not to mention professional . She was on top of it when it came to checking references and if I had an questions she called or responded to me quicky through email or text.When it comes to renting a home and filling out your application, make sure you have everything handy. Make sure if you want the process to go swiftly and smoothly, you have to do your part in contacting your past or present landlords and have your income and other paperwork handy. Don't expect for them to respond if you have not completed your part. Often times it is because of your reference info that make the paperwork delayed. I hope that this review will be looked at. As you can see I have reviewed things in the past. I am honest to mention what I experience and will not sugar coat things.I decided to write immediately after my experience with the staff. I also wanted to thank Sheila for her warm welcome on showing us the rental that my family will be moving in. It has been a difficult process from moving back from Vegas and finally find a rental company that takes care and kind enough to help....again, don't listen to the bad reviews.Thank you so much Miyuki and Sheila!Also thank you Reagan as well. You all are great !!!

Reagan is amazing and she is an asset to this company!! She is kind, funny, and very helpful!

I just moved from the mainland, and she was able to coordinate virtual showings, answer emails/correspondence, and have a lease ready to go before getting here. She went above and beyond and you can really see that she is a wonderful human being.

We have had two rentals with DayLum. Both were in good shape and both were well taken care of while we were there, each for about a year. The first did have termites which they promptly got with the owner and scheduled the house to be tented. Other issues were also taken care of quickly, leaking toilet at the base, leaking window. The second rental had terrible stinky stained carpet when we moved in. Carpet cleaning was done before we moved in but made the situation worse as it pulled old smells up. They again got with the owner and carpet was replaced within a month. Any other issues that were not taken care of in both homes were issues where the owner didn't...read full review
