Our home was finished March 2020 as the pandemic was affecting Hawaii and causing closing of most stores plus businesses were being forced to shut down also. I write this 1.5 years later to compliment Carlson Homes, Clint Carlson, on the building of our current home in the Golf & Country Club subdivision across from Hawaii Volcano National Park. I have a basic knowledge of the construction business, though not an expert, but I find so much quality built into our home every time I do any maintenance this last year and a half that I continue to be pleased at how well Clint and his crews built our house. Much of the quality was not specified by me but provided by Carlson Homes anyway. The most important part of the whole process from initial contact through design to finished house is that Clint is trustworthy and a man of integrity. His word and deeds match. Most people do not understand the details of how to build a house, but you would not need to fully understand as Clint Carlson knows how to deliver a quality house with excellent finishes. Over the years I have built onto several homes both doing it myself and using contractors, Clint is one of the best and worthy of your trust.
