Took 10 months to finish a simple 1040 and Schedule C. Charged over $900 with strings of broken completion promises over the year. Overcharges for incompetent practice and service. Billed without deduction of deposit from bill. Sent incomplete contracts to sign. This place is going through major disfunction with the customer billed for the time it takes for them to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs.
