I've been to Big Island Computers three times and I've been so happy with my experience each time. Will knows what he's doing and clearly outlines his diagnosis/troubleshooting steps so that you can understand what he's doing too. He's also given good advice on preventative maintenance as well! If you take your computer to him it'll be in good hands for sure.
