Made an appointment about a week in advance. $65 + tip for a wash, cut, and quick finish out. My hair was long and very flat, I needed a change! She added layers, bangs and a face frame for a whole new me! I wanted it a little shorter but she wouldnt go past a certain length lol Very informative on hair care. Shop is organized with a fancy spa vibe. Very direct polite owner, hustles real estate and puppy sales as well!! Ty for the new me!!

Tori is a color styling genius! She is truly an artist in every aspect of the title - she will take a look at your hair and form a plan and then execute to perfection. I came in with over-highlighted fried hair and walked out with an enhancement to my previous color and my hair felt much healthier. Belle Toi is not the place to go if you are looking for a cheap do - you will have to pay for the genius :) - but you will leave feeling like her work is priceless. She knows her stuff!!

I first found Tori on Instagram and was able to meet her and schedule an appointment to do my hair. Tori is dedicated to her profession. She spent five hours on my short hair, committed to seeing that the results I wanted were right. I have never, ever seen, been to,heard of, nor known of, a more committed professional in this field than Tori. It takes a very special type of person who understands their customers needs. Tori has a gift. Her gift beautifies women. She is a beautiful soul and it is felt as she communicates with you while she engages.
