I woke up to a sewage flood coming from my bathroom, I started calling around and UDT was the only company that would come out at this time, ****** and ***** was amazing, they calmed me down and let me know there going to take care of this problem, it was a emergency so I understand the prices but to be honest it wasn't that expensive like other companies, they pulled my toilet, snaked the main line and cleaned up, Sunny reset my toilet with a new seal and tested, they where done in 2 hours, ****** came back and gave me a free camera inspection in the morning to insure the drain was cleaned. Thank you ****** and *****, also ********** to the dispatch, ***** was great. Highly recommended
Service is definitely great! Only issue I have is it’s a little pricey. Quality is also great! They have great workers that are honest will tell you the truth.Service: Plumbing leak repair
A homeowner may be where I was. I hope, when they read this review, my experience and suggestions will prove useful. I moved here from the mainland. Over 15+ years, I'd managed to avoid any major condo expenses. Then my electric water heater died, January, 2022. That put me in a vulnerable position, started a to-do list. For each item the goals will be the same: I want the most bang for the buck, using quality parts, and getting quality service. Copied information from the old unit and shopped around for price, warranties were comparable. Ordered a replacement online. The local store was out of short length electric units. It became a supply chain issue, new unit shipped from Tennessee, many weeks later. I didn't know anybody to remove the old unit and install a new one. Got price quotes from multiple sources. It was clear the service would cost more than the new unit. Some quotes indicated the providers were in business to help customers. Very high quotes reflected that these providers were in business to take advantage of vulnerable customers. Asked around, referred to United Drain Techs. Josiah was the plumber, accompanied by an eager to learn, helpful apprentice. Josiah is experienced and efficient, he knows his stuff, and does fine work. He drained the old water heater, capped off the connections so there would be no leaks, and properly disposed of it. He picked up the replacement unit on installation day. After 2 months of waiting, I had a reliable unit. Josiah showed me what I needed to do for maintenance. The cost of services and parts wasn't cheap. The job was bigger than I thought and cost more than I hoped, but in the end you get what you pay for. Overall I did the best I could by calling United Drain Techs.
