...something made me check up on these guys while having dinner and I realized that my post never got posted!! My family and I chose Chris and his crew to do some interior and exterior fixes around our house and we are glad we chose them! They came every morning on time and sometimes stayed later than expected to finish some little "here and there" touch ups! They filled all expectations regarding our renovation and they were very fun and friendly to work with! I'd choose them again if I need something done again! Thanks again guys and I'm sorry my original post didn't go through since it's been awhile! Take care!

Chris, Channy and their team at Reality Construction really helped us through our bathroom renovation and kitchen refinishing projects. They were a steadying force through all of our challenges and delays caused by supply side dynamics and the pandemic. They were also very conscientious about their work and minimized the impact of construction while we lived in the house. I can say after decades of design and construction experience that they were one of the easiest teams to work with and I have already recommended them to my friends.

Chris and Channy are an excellent team and Reality Construction is the way. We remodeled our condo and they were diligent and very patient with our HOA, who did not make the process very easy. Channy handled all the administrative tasks and expedited the permit process. Chris coordinated all the construction work and subs in a very timely manner. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and bathroom remodel and Reality Construction was a fine choice.
