I am very impressed with Suzie's work on my eyeliner AND eyebrows. I went to her salon initially just to get a retouch of my permanent eyeliner that was done over 10 years ago. She is very knowledgeable and knows what works. She did wonders with my eyeliner, also adding a wing at the ends to enhance my eyes. I never realized it would make such a big difference! I love it! She also noticed that my eyebrows were done too "low" towards the inner ends by my nose area. Plus she said that it was too dark for my skin tone as well. My eyebrows were done 3 years ago during the pandemic, and I was wondering why I didn't get as many compliments as I expected at that time. Suzie looked at me and immediately said that my eyebrows made me look a bit angry or bothered. I asked her if she could "fix it" and she said "yes, I can". She was able to make the time for me to laser off the inner part of my eyebrows and tattooed over it with a lighter shade. This was my first appointment with Suzie, 2 services back-to-back at the same time. She said she was fortunate that she didn't schedule another client ahead of me so she was able to take her time. That was 2 months ago. I have gone for my retouches already on both my eyeliner and eyebrows and they are fully healed. They both look amazing! I have so many compliments from people and friends about them. I highly recommend Suzie for your permanent make-up needs. She is very professional and her salon is clean and immaculate!

Her service is excellent! The place is clean and she was very professional. I went to redo my permanent eyeliner since it's been about 5 years since I had it done from somewhere else. She was able to really enhance my eyes! She takes the time to really explain the process. I will definitely go back!Service: Eyeliners

First timer. I only recently decided to get my Eyebrows done and I researched a few places and chose VIP@ Salon Suzie. She has a small shop in Aiea and she was very warm and accommodating. It was very professional and she practices social distancing guidelines.
