11 Nov 2022 First visit and very impressed. The receptionist took time to have the required forms almost completely filled out to the point where pretty much all I had to do was read, date, sign, or initial all four of them. My appointment started on time and Briana was my therapist. She took the time to go over what I needed, what we were going to do, what I was going to need to do and what results I could expect. Unfortunately I've undergone physical therapy in the past, back on the mainland and this was most professional and attentive therapy I've ever received. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from both her and Mark. Mahalo

Obviously, they are also very short-handed, as they cannot even reschedule one patient when someone else is out sick with covid. They also don't require masks of staff or patients, even during surges. The girl (Jayriece Yonamine-Hodges) who answers the phones and schedules your appointments needs to be a little more professional. She is very rude. It's like she is doing you a favor by rescheduling your appointment for you. She needs to find another job that she actually enjoys. She should take some customer service classes. Will not be going to this place with that kind of service.
