The lady at the front desk was very sweet and patient. Matter of fact, all of the staff there is very nice. Beautiful ladies!!! I got a manicure with my mom and she surprisingly did it very quickly. And although she did it quickly, it didn’t worsen the quality of the nails at all. In honesty, it was utter perfection!! They are very friendly. And the prices are very reasonable. You’re able to just walk in with no appointments which was very convenient since me and my mom just suddenly decided to get our nails done. I took my daughter to get her nails done here today, and it was a great experience. We originally went to Lavish Nails, but they didn't have appointments available and did not seem very welcoming when we approached the counter. They were not exactly rude, but they were not welcoming either. So we decided to try Pala'Zio since they have mostly good reviews. Once we entered, we were immediately greeted and felt much more comfortable and welcomed. We were seated in a waiting area, which was nice and peaceful, and we were offered water. A stylist , Chantillie, is located here in Pala'Zio Salon and Day Spa and I've been her client for over 11 years now. She does amazing haircuts and I've varied from pixie to long styles - the result is always amazing and she is very keen in her craft. Chantillie is also honest in her consultations when wanting to try different styles of haircuts. She assesses your hair texture and will give you an honest and professional opinion whether the cut is fitting or not. Chantillie is absolutely wonderful and talented.
