This review is based on my experience when I called to schedule appts for an eye brow waxing and mani/pedi. Tiffany answered the phone was very polite and professional. Her customer service skills were very impressive. I told her that I had stopped in the salon while at the mall a week earlier and had picked up a brochure to schedule appts at a later time. I told her what services I was needing and she seemed very enthusiastic to help me. After the appts were made I told her that I would be writing a review not only for this phone call but I would write another after I was seen. I've gone to Lavish at both the Pearlridge and Kapolei mall locations. Pearlridge is the better of the two in my opinion. But I have found that I have to be very specific with the techs that I'd like to do my nails. Not all of them are good with certain modern styles. I think there are only two techs who do newer styles. Also, pricing is a bit of a mixed bag. I don't think I've ever paid the same price twice. The tech whose done it the last couple of times is very clear about the pricing as she does the service, which I really appreciate.
I always have my pedi from Kelly. Super awesome and she never disappoints me. I always look forward to see Kelly and the many other ladies there. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff works very hard and never goes unnoticed of how much I appreciate each and every one of them here. Mahalos for doing such a great job..see u guys next month!!!
