This review is based on my experience when I called to schedule appts for an eye brow waxing and mani/pedi. Tiffany answered the phone was very polite and professional. Her customer service skills were very impressive. I told her that I had stopped in the salon while at the mall a week earlier and had picked up a brochure to schedule appts at a later time. I told her what services I was needing and she seemed very enthusiastic to help me. After the appts were made I told her that I would be writing a review not only for this phone call but I would write another after I was seen. She thanked me for calling and said she looked forward to me coming to the salon. I've gone to Lavish at both the Pearlridge and Kapolei mall locations. Pearlridge is the better of the two in my opinion. But I have found that I have to be very specific with the techs that I'd like to do my nails. Not all of them are good with certain modern styles. I think there are only two techs who do newer styles. Also, pricing is a bit of a mixed bag. I don't think I've ever paid the same price twice. The tech whose done it the last couple of times is very clear about the pricing as she does the service, which I really appreciate.
