I had a pretty good experience with these guys. They are super responsive even on weekends. They won't give you a firm price or even a rough estimate until they come out. They said, on arrival they will give a firm quote, and if you choose to use them, you can, if not no big deal. They gave a 2 hour arrival window and arrived slightly early. Communication was excellent. The two young guys that came out were professional. Unfortunately we could not come to an agreement on price. My relative I was helping gave me a $400 budget. I'm not sure exactly what their quote was, but I'm guessing it was substantially higher based on their reaction when I told them... read full review

I called Kanai's for an appt. to pick up my broken fridge and washer. The next day, Joshua and helper called they were coming by even a little before the scheduled time. Which was courteous and professional. They gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted. The fellas were nice and pleasant & seemed qenuinely happy with their job. I would highly recommend Kanai's Junk Removal to friends and family.

Shout out to JP and Josh for their super job and professionalism. Love the pre check and quotes which made the job faster and easier. They answered all of our questions and worked hard from beginning to the end!! Would highly recommend and will definitely ask for them if needed again!! Truly felt sorry for them it was super hot and suggesting you allow them to wear a uniform shorts which would make them happier workers I'm sure!!!!!(just my opinion) Thank you again for your services!!
