Jean is incredible! I went in with long hair and wanted a 90’s long bob, wash, and style. She did exactly what I asked for and made sure she knew how short I wanted it, verifying multiple times (very much appreciated)! The shampoo and condition was the most relaxing experience, she even purple shampooed my hair!
I called and was able to book a same day appointment to get my hair fixed. I had 16" cut off to donate to Wigs for Kids and came to see Jean to have my bulky haircut fixed. She took her time and worked on my thick hair to give me a nice sleek bob and it looks so much better!
It was my first time here and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Jean was able to fit me into her schedule when I called ahead of time. I went in just for a design cut. I showed Jean some hairstyles I had in mind and she was quick to start, but she was very attentive and asked for my input during the whole process. They also ask if you would like to donation your hair, if so they'll provide you with the address but you'll have to send it on your own. The interior is sleek and modern. Parking shouldn't be an issue. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that I received. Overall, my first time here was amazing. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Jean!
