My refrigerator was not cooling, and I was afraid I would either have to buy a new one or it would be an expensive fix. I called around to different companies and they did not have availability within 2 weeks! I called Rob and he came that same day to diagnose the issue. Within 5 minutes, he figured out what was wrong! Turned out my defrost timer was simply not working! He was able to get the part and return within 2 days to fix it! He was very friendly, professional, prompt, clear on communication, and very reasonably priced! I plan to call him again if I have any future issues with my appliances.Service: Refrigerator repair

Robert was responsive and knowledgeable. He did great job and clearly explained what needed to be change. He found the part that was needed to insure a timely repair. He allowed me to clean out internals of the dry. He also reversed the door at no additional costs.
