“I know Marcos’ company is called Hawaii Water Damage Restoration, but I wanted to let people know that he also does excellent reconstruction repairs too. Our home’s sewer pipes were all changed, which meant a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and half of our yard had to be dug up.
After the new pipes were put in, Marcos was contracted to begin the big job of getting everything back in order. Mind you, I’m talking large trenches and deep holes within the house and a lot of broken sidewalk right outside our kitchen too. I met with Marcos and knew immediately I was in good hands. He was extremely organized and had a clear plan on what needed to be done. He explained everything to me, so I felt very comfortable with all the steps. There was not one time when he didn’t get back to me within minutes if I called or texted him with a question. This is not an exaggeration, he literally got back to me right away. He took care of returning the house to normal from concrete in and out, drywall, tile for the bedroom and bathrooms, painting and steam cleaning the carpets. He was extremely accommodating with scheduling too. Everyone who works for him is also very professional and friendly. If they say they will be there at a certain time, they will. Marcos helped me with picking out tile for the bedroom and the 2 baths. I could tell he had a good eye for such things and I’m glad I did. Everything looks terrific now, so much better than it was before and I am so very pleased with his work. If you need work like this done, you should call Hawai’i Water Damage Restoration. Marcos will take care of you from beginning to end and you will not be disappointed, I promise you. I’ve already decided that when it’s time to change the rest of our flooring or if I need anything related to reconstruction repair, I will call Marcos. “A water main break in early hours of a Saturday morning caused extensive flooding of our home. MD Restoration arrived within an hour and evacuated the water efficiently, installing an industrial dehumidifier and measuring the moisture over the subsequent week. It was very helpful to have professionals with the right equipment as we would not have known there was water in the walls. We hired them for the abatement and repair as well. Rey and Justin were 5-star outstanding on the abatement and then putting things back in place. Without their help the delay to complete the repair work would have been even more frustrating. Aside of that would give 5-stars.“
