My wife visited this establishment and has nothing but good word to say. She's been to many massage therapist in the past as an active adult, and enjoyed the treatment she received at Body & Mind.

Went with a friend yesterday for massages and it was the best massage I’ve had!! I’ve been coming here for years and I was paired with Courtney this time and it was amazing she was nice, and helped with the focus areas with right amount of pressure. Definitely booking with her again.

My husband and I booked a 90 min couple massage. I had Amy and she was great. I asked for a deep tissue, and she made the massage very comfortable but still getting into my problem areas and working them out. Reccommend! Mahalo.
