A bit apprehensive for my first appointment here. Brenda the receptionist is sweet. I had informed my regular doctor that what I was hearing or not hearing was a bit off enough to get it checked out,Different exams with ear Bud like items placed in your ears. You just sit and do nothing while high, medium and low sounds are heard.You then go into a little booth and signal the doctor if you hear something. Finally you repeat words after Dr. Mary Ellen.Results are shared and solutions given. No pressure just go home and think about it and get tested again in 2 or 3 years.

I was having a hard time getting an appointment and on the verge of finding other options. But dr mueller herself called me during the not normal business hours and was willing to make time to see me. Its a rare trait to find these days when a doctor that goes out of there way adjusting there own busy schedule and makes a simple phone call to accomommodate a patients needs..dr mueller did just that!!
