Qualified Electric Specialist Inc. responded to my inquiry timely by giving quickly gave me call which is what I prefer to speak with an actual person. My issue was listened to for full assessment and appointment set up within 2 days. They arrived prepared and provided troubleshooting and repair and added 2 outlets the same day. Everything was explained clearly and they provided excellent customer service throughout the job!
