What a wonderful stay for a mid week get away. The resort is nice and the view is amazing. They are renovating ,so a few things were not working, but the were extremely accommodating and gave us free breakfasts. The exercise room was nice with weights and cardio equipment, the game room is fun. The lobby is beautiful with a fireplace and plenty of areas to sit and relax. Lots of games and puzzles scattered around to try your skill at. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. It is an order from the menu breakfast. All the staff were very polite and accommodating. A fun place.
Stayed in one of their cabins a couple weeks ago during the snow that we had still had a great time the snow made it beautiful staff was very nice. Food was excellent and the manager Carrie is amazing.
It took me 2 days to get to talk to the restaurant manager Shanna. I kept calling and leaving messages and was frustrated at not getting a call back. Front desk operators didn't even pretend to care when I told them that we have booked 7 rooms and need help with a celebration. We were a group of 14, celebrating birthday of a friend who turned 80 and we did not want to go for a buffet dinner. I had to be patient and persistent until I was able to reach the manager and then she took care of everything. Special mention to Shanna (food and beverage manager) and Brooklyn (waitress) for taking care of us with special dietary needs and the octogenarian birthday celebration.
