Had stairs put in Spring of 2022. Shortly after install we had some shoe pieces (if that's the proper term) come loose. I reached out to Wendy who said they would take care of it but didn't come out. Then more came loose, I reached out again, and Wendy said they would take care of it but did not. Then a few of our spindles began rattling. I ,again, reached out to Wendy who said they would get us in the calendar but I reminded her I have reached out before and I heard excuses about how busy they are. Great quality of work, professionalism, hard-working and considerate of your home - i.e. cleans up every day, is careful moving throughout the house to not nick walls or bang into things and listens to questions/concerns, and provides thoughtful answers. Glad I hired them to remodel my stairs from builder originals to custom dark wood. Happy with the project and would hire again with no hesitation.

17,000 staircase, and the quality is very poor. During the install, one of the installers used a reciprocating saw on my 17,000 staircase because he couldn't get it to fit where it needed to go. The company sent two men to install a giant staircase that ultimately took 5 people to install. The installer damaged drywall that had to be replaced, and damaged my stairs. The end result was the stairs were "pieced and glued" back together. The finished product a year later looks terrible. The glass rails have slipped out of place, and wood supports that were supposed to hold the glass, has just about fallen out of the rails.
