My black lab underwent a left tibial plateau leveling osteotomy in July. From consultation to final post-op appointment, the team at VRSP of Woodstock have been fantastic. Dr. Filer took the time to explain the procedure and post surgery expectations. He was very friendly and always provided reassuring expertise when discussing the surgery. Lisa, at the front desk, was beyond kind and helpful! The rest of the staff was a pleasure to work with.
From start to finish this team has been fantastic. After surgery but before my follow up visit I received a phone call to check on Lily. The receptionist Lisa is fantastic. She is so personable and kind. Dr. Filer was thorough about the surgery and what would be done. After care was explained in details by the vet tech. I would highly recommend them.
Six weeks ago, my sweet Rocco had a TPLO surgery at VRSP, and I cannot thank everyone enough for the incredible care he received.
