The company provided a fair quote, explained the process thoroughly, and completed the work in a timely manner. In another instance, the customer had initially hired a different service provider recommended by their insurance company, but they were unsatisfied with the slow progress and lack of attention to the mold smell. Titan Tradesmen then stepped in, quickly drying the house within 3 days and even liaising with the customer's adjuster, which was greatly appreciated.
