“I will forever be grateful to them! Less than a week away from my wedding I needed to find a new suit jacket because my first alteration was a nightmare. They were able to fit me in and get it back to me in 5 days! I am so thankful! If you need an alteration this is your place!“

“The alterationist is very good at what she does. She did something pretty custom for us, and it was done very, very well.We also left several garments for alteration that were done well, but according to teenager, could have been done a little more. Teen stated they could not tell that an alteration had been done. I could tell it had been done, and the teenager had mildly unrealistic expectations on one of the garments FWIW.If the person wants something taken in, and the alterationist considers it too tight, maybe they could just do it, and then let the person get it back where they can't put it on. Then they can pay to let it back out! She did state "just a little bit" when we were trying things on, and yes, a little bit was taken in, but there was room for more. Or an alternate plan of a added zipper could have been offered. There is always a way...kind of.She is cash only, which is fine, but I was not aware, and the ATM in the shopping center was out of service, as was the one across the street. The Truist bank had a working ATM.I will go back here. I have a regular alterationist that I use, but she is not available when I am not working. BN is available later in the afternoons and on weekends which is wonderful.“

“I am overjoyed with the quilts Jill completed for me. I have been working on them for 10 years and had sort of lost track of fabric/pattern etc and it was a bit of a mess. Jill made it look so much better with her long arm, batting, and binding skills, etc. I really wanted it in time for Christmas and Jill was able to deliver. “I've had two items altered here and both turned out perfectly. One was a leather jacket and needed to be taken in just a little. She had the alterations completed in a few days and did an incredible job. I imagine altering real leather isn't the easiest, but she made it look like the jacket was originally constructed that way and the price was right. Will definitely continue taking my clothing items to her.“

“I went to Dry Cleaners near Towne Lake Pkwy. I never been to this dry cleaning. They were very welcoming when I went there. They were doing little bit of everything from shoe repair and alterations. I was able to fixed the all the problems in one place. I will be back!“
