“I am writing this rave review for ThermaGuard in Woodstock. I had a roof replaced with another vendor. The job was well done, the follow up was very nice for a while but I discovered a problem with a drip edge on a porch wall that I was advised to replace. My roof installer gave me a wierd high figure to repair/replace the drip edge and some other work. I was confused and needed a better understanding of the problem. Wasn't getting an explanation from my roofer. Turns out I had used ThermaGuard Woodstock 7-8 years ago for some minor roof repair. I called ThermaGuard, explained the situation, and received thoughtful and well designed advice. They explained the issue to me so that I could understand what was involved with a potential repair. The folks at ThermaGuard had nothing to gain. They helped me anyway. Maybe I should have called ThermaGuard to replace my roof!In my opinion, ThermaGuard is an operation you can trust. “We have utilized ARAC Roof it Forward 3 times in the last 2 years. Our first experience was replacing the roof on our primary home in Roswell. They did and excellent job. Their project manager Mark Landrum was on site and checked the roof install by walking the roof and providing input….he even helped clean up.
