I will ONLY go to Shae. She knows the body and its muscles and how to get them all back in line. She also has a wealth of knowledge regarding injury and healing. At the age of 46, I am more willing to try new things physically because I know Shae will be there to fix anything that doesn't go so well!!! She has healing in her hands!!!!!
Shae is strong! Her deep tissue massage comes with twenty years of experience and a progressive, practical approach to healing. She gave me some excellent advice on how to improve my workouts in between therapy. If you're a person that wants to take further control of your own health then Shae is a good fit.
Shae does an amazing massage that is fitted to your needs. I love the fact that she works so closely with Dr. Dave so that any issues are addressed. I’ve been going to her since she started.
