Came in for an SNS appointment and the next day my nails started cracking. The pictures I’ve attached are only SIX days after getting my nails done. Do not recommend.Service: Dip powder

I have been going to this place for pedicures.. they do an ok job. I decided to start doing sns again and they did a HORRIBLE job! I came back in 4 days later because they were cracking and just looked terrible I have never seen sns do this before.. the owner/ manager said she would "fix" my nails and they looked even worse!! They were super thick and she did it so far away from my cuticle that they already looked grown out!! To top everything off she charged me again! I told her she should have informed me of that at the beginning of the appointment. I would have just had them taken off. Terrible experience and they do terrible nails!

I started tearing up in the salon because of how bad my nails were. I wasted $60 to get crooked nails that look nothing like what I asked for. I paid for tips and wanted long, almond shape nails but they filed my tips all the way down to my real nail (after me asking to have long nails) and made my almond uneven and crooked.
