We enlisted Penny and her team to help us sell our family’s house in Woodstock. We’d consulted with her about 2 months prior to actually listing, and appreciated the advice and guidance she gave us along the way.Penny and her team took care of virtually everything - since we live out of town, they arranged for a few services using vendors they knew were reputable: cleaning, electrical, all photos for the listing, etc. Kuddos to Lisa and Gary from her agency who helped with staging, small fixes and repairs, and making sure the house always looked its best for showings.We found Penny to be extremely responsive anytime we needed anything, and she reached out with any...read full review

For the Agents - This office is a big beautiful building full of well equipped office spaces, training rooms, public spaces, financing and legal partners plus some of the most supportive and positive Real Estate folks I've ever encountered! For the customers - You will get a welcoming staff and a well equipped office that not only includes knowledgeable Agents, but also Thomas & Brown Attorneys and Supreme Lending. So, it's a one stop shop for your Real Estate needs! Overall, this is a fantastic office to be part of or just to visit!
