Allstate local office agent suggested that we call Eddie, a contractor that works with their own clients. From the time we called him, to the time he came to personally inspect the damage before the Allstate sent their official roof inspector, Eddie was professional, details, and to the point. He advised that we let me know before Allstate roof inspector arrived to officially inspect the roof. He came to our house to meet the inspector during the inspection on the scheduled day.
