The lady answering the phones there today needs to learn some customer service skills and lose her rude, attitude. I was referred there by my doctor but will go without before I go somewhere with nasty attitudes like answering the phone is so hard.

First time I’ve ever had to raise my voice in public. He was clearly bothered by my presence or maybe just people in general but he’ll sell you a sleep study… Let’s help him retire, avoid!

I met with the Neurologist and my experience was beyond off putting. I was there before anyone I had an appointment for 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:12pm completed filling out my paperwork and a patient walks in after me and was called before me. I thought that was strange and attempted to not pay it any mind. I waited for 40mins before I walked in to see the doctor, mind you they didn't check my bp or anything but they did check the guy before me. Strange but maybe the doctor was going to check.
